Yoga Training

Practicing yoga is a great way to become stronger, more flexible, calmer, and even more compassionate. This 5,000-year-old type of movement is scientifically proven to be beneficial for one’s overall health and wellness. Yoga has been shown to decrease blood pressure as well as increase breath volume and physical agility. Whether you are a first-time or seasoned practitioner, DeDe can help you make your way down your own, personal yogic path.

Senior Fitness

65+

Staying active is beneficial at any age, and needs are different at different stages. DeDe puts emphasis on seated exercises, special types of movement, posture work, and targeted balance training with her age 65+ clients.

Weight Loss

Caloric intake (nutrition) and caloric expenditure (activity) are primary factors in maintaining overall health, losing weight, and ultimately maintaining a healthy body composition. DeDe offers baseline testing, fully scalable workouts, meal planning and nutritional recommendations, as well as support and guidance, to help clients take the weight off and stay lean, for good.
